There are 2 different dimensions listed:17 x 6 x 5.5 in in the product description and then 21 x 8 x 5 in. Which is it? Know any that are shorter?

Where do I purchase cases for this pillow

I would also like the option to purchase pillow cases separately, preferably organic cotton instead of the horrible pilling polyester. I like the pillow itself but hate the cover.

How would this work for me in a wheelchair, will it keep my thoracic pushed forward for support?
