Quality is acceptable. Of the two 6 gauge barbells I received, one ball was stripped (easily rectified using one from another pair I have so no big deal to me). That’s not good if you don’t have another around and would make this a poor review if it weren’t for the fact that the seams where the balls meet the rod are gapless - these are for my nipples and I’ve purchased other ones both online and in my local piercing shop which just don’t quite “seal” where the ball meets the rod. This has unfortunate consequences if, like me, you are jumping up two gauge at a time, the new larger size basically rips your piercing open and as it heals from this new injury the external holes of the piercing will start to grow into that little crevice on the ones with a bad gap.. It is not pretty. This set I did not have any of those issues because of the quality of that seam. So very much worth it from my highly opinionated perspective.

Purchased as a replacement for my shorter tongue barbell. It's a standard length, so I had to adjust (mine was extra short), but it definitely held up.I ended up switching out for a plastic one just because I was concerned about hitting teeth.Just as good as the barbells I have purchased from tattoo/piercing shops in the area. (Most shops around here have ceased piercings due to COVID, and it's all by appointment. Just easier to order replacements online these days)

I dislike it a complete ripoff, If it’s just gonna be one bar it shou showing one not a whole bunch of them. Complete ripoff I feel like it shouldn’t show a whole bunch and end up with just one, y’all need to fix it if it’s only gonna be on. I will not buy here again, because it was a ripoff, 2 I ordered gages from here and they was amazing but I’m not gonna keep wasting my money on something that only send one!!!

Okay so I've come back after several weeks (ish?) & i just have to warn you that I'm fairly confident these are not genuine titanium. That being said, they're pretty good quality & if your body isn't SUPER sensitive to metal like mine (ugh) you should be fine with these. It took me way too long to realize that the reason my nipple piercings are not healing very well is because my body hates pretty much all types of metal. I would say that youd be better off buying genuine titanium from somewhere like bodyartforms.com or another website that specializes in body jewelry (the ones I got from bodyartforms are cheaper & also better IMO). Also, if youre having the same problem as me with a stubborn healing process I recommend trying a piercing care spray- Briotech is AMAZING.

I ordered both the 4 ga and 6 ga size of these unspecified length barbells for my nipples to replace the 4 ga rings that had started to migrate. I inserted the 6 ga. The metal surfaces were smooth and without obvious burrs or nicks. The ends were smoothed such that they inserted without any discernible catching as they went through the fistula. The ball threaded smoothly and tightened with a satisfying "seat". I would have wished for a chance to order a specific length. But they are certainly not too short and allow about 2 mm on each end for easy cleaning and ball tightening -- although I have not noticed the balls spontaneously loosening.

Only thing I'd change is the balls can come loose if there's any torsion because there's a little jiggle between the threads, but overall happy. It's a good deal for something to wear a few weeks till I gauge up.

I got these when I was re gauging out my tongue, I have already had my tongue out to a 00 so when I was stepping back through these sizes I didn't stay in them for very long. They arrived quickly, looked good. No burrs or nicks. threads screwed relatively smooth together. Happy with purchase. I order 4 different sizes so if you see 4 of the same reviews it not a fake review.
