You will be amazed at the difference in sound that these make over standard picks. They are very durable and inexpensive. Do yourself a favor and just order them and do your own comparison. These guys also make bridges and nuts too. Taylor and PRS use them for their bridges because they just sound a ton better than standard plastic or even bone bridges/nuts. I haven't gotten those yet, but Its on my todo list. I think that they work well because they are pretty hard, but not so hard as to damage a steel or phosphor string. Because of that you don't lose any sound due to dampening, which means more energy goes into the string and into the guitar. I don't know how they would work on nylon string instruments, like Ukuleles but I suspect that they would chew up the strings, so I would not recommend them for that or a Classical guitar.

I had tried many guitar picks before I tried Tusq picks. They are delightful. From my experience with other picks, the Tusq picks were in a league of their own.they feel good. With flex perfectedGreat balance of rigidity and flexibly. A good choice for playing clean and fast. This pick is outrageous fun. If you have never used a Tusq pick, you have a treat ahead.
