So yummy. Also, great price.
A while ago I found gin-gin ginger chips. They were pricey, but awesome. Them I found Penzey's ginger bits, which were useful for some things but way too expensive. Then I found some bulk ginger chips, a little bigger than the name brand but half the cost.I was really disappointed when I could no longer get the bulk chips and set out to look for an alternative. These are far cheaper than the bulk, with a size and quality between the bulk and name brand.I am so happy !!!If you're wondering what to do with ginger chips, try-on toast with marmalade-on a peanut butter and honey sandwich-stirred into a "fall spice" oatmeal-by themselvesNote: ginger is spicy, as are these, but they are not as strong as the big slices of candied ginger. Most of my little ones love them, including one who is only one.

Great time saver and tasty
I purchased these to make ginger snaps and they worked perfectly. I didn't have to spend a lot of time chopping candied ginger. They have a true ginger taste and are generally uniform in size. I liked them so much that have repurchased them.

Best diced ginger
Great topping for oatmeal and everything you bake. Nicely fresh and full- flavored without being too hot. Generouslysized bags that are affordably priced mean you can use it freely and keep it on hand as a pantry staple. Always speedy delivery.

Nice small pieces
This is a nice, finely chopped crystallized ginger. It’s not so processed that it’s hard - it retains some chewiness. My biggest complaint is that it lacks the heat I’m used to from crystallized ginger. Some people may see that as a positive but I don’t. But the product works great in baking and even for snacking, so if you don’t mind the milder heat - or are looking for that - it’s a good crystallized ginger.

Great taste but way too small bits
I'm not sure if "diced" or "minced" would be more accurate. These are tiny, tiny bits, like 1/8" on average. The taste is just right for me (very sweet and not overly powerful ginger burn). I just wish it were MUCH bigger pieces like candy you could eat one at a time. As is you have to pour it into your hand and it's messy with lots of sugar so you can't easily just sit on the couch snacking on it.The best candied ginger is Reed's in a metal tin. I used to live across the street from Yummy and bought it there, though very expensive at $8 for 10 oz. This taste is just as good but much too small. I hope Amazon will sell Reed's in the metal tin soon.

Best crystallized ginger around
These are my favorite crystallized ginger pieces. Great taste, good value. This time, the pieces were a little smaller than usual, which meant less chopping for me. I use them in scones, cookies, and ginger ice cream. They’re perfect for my needs.

I used these very successfully in baking
I bought these ginger dices to use in a recipe for sandwich cookies made with pumpkin and pumpkin-pie spices for the cookie part and cream cheese frosting with ginger dices mixed in. Yum! (For anyone who wants to try the recipe, it was on the King Arthur Flour website.) The ginger dices were perfect for the frosting--not too big, not too little, just the right flavor surprise in the frosting. I am planning to find other ways to use these little gems in baking.

Great Product!
I make 3-ginger cookies on a regular basis. These little ginger gems save me a lot of work because I no longer have to cut the larger candied ginger I was previously using, into little pieces. The flavor is spot on!
