Dell 32 Monitor - P3222QE - 4K Resolution, IPS Technology USB-C Hub Monitor

Using this monitor for 2 weeks now and have to say, this monitor exceeds my expectations. Setup was a breeze; the on-screen display is easy to navigate. Hooked up a Minisforum Mini PC via Display Port running 4k/60hz resolution, and the picture quality and calibration looks stunning. Love the possibility to use this monitor as a USB hub with 4 downstream connections. So far this was definitely a very good buy, I do absolutely prefer IPS technology over TN display.

I’m primarily a software developer and spend 4-8 hours per day looking at the monitor. If I had to summarize it, I’d say it’s a great value for increased screen real estate.The max brightness is pretty low, and I wouldn’t choose this for design work where color accuracy matters. But for fitting more data or lines of code on the screen, it gets the job done.I was previously on an LG 24” 4K monitor, and the quality of this display doesn’t even come close. But the gain in overall screen real estate was it worth it for writing code. I do notice the pixels from time-to-time, but it’s not bad enough to stick with a smaller screen.

This monitor is the best. The height is finally perfect ergonically and I don't need an extra stand. All of the USB ports make it so I can only connect the one USB c cable to my Mac and everything works.

WARNING!! Bought this display in Aug 2021 as an external display for my MacBook Pro. Worked great for six months. Then, the driver started crashing. Now, it goes black for 2-3 seconds, frequently. When I searched Dell Support to update the driver, I discover Dell P3222QE is unsupported on Mac OS. I see no statement on this on Amazon or in Dell promotion material.

I bought this to replace my old Dell U3417W when it wnet out. Musch better monitor Super Clear.

As other reviewers have said, if there are issues using with Mac OS Dell claims no support for Apple products.

Was looking for a high quality monitor for my at-home office and this certainly delivered!

nice screen, great cable management system - like most screens now requires a separate cam and speakers - would have been nice if it had come with those built in.
