Works great! The shipping took a long time, because it comes from China. I really liked the packaging. It was properly sealed and is compatible with my Canon Pixma MX860. Whatever you do, don't use water on these components. Just keep your printer on and it will periodically self clean the print head by not allowing the ink to dry. Will purchase again form this seller, if needed.

This was my second attempt for a Canon MX860 replacement print head from this seller. This print head was not new, as described. It was already stained with ink when it arrived. I tried it anyway, because the prior print head that I had just returned did not work at all and produced an error on the printer. So, I wanted to at least try this replacement head. It worked only after doing deep cleaning. But it does not work again after 24 hours without doing more deep cleanings, which has used up my ink cartridges. So, this one is defective as well and I will be returning it.On the plus side, the print heads I ordered arrived very quickly, so their shipping is fast. I just can't vouch for the product.

Not sure if it is an original Canon part because it just came in a foil wrapping unlike one I had ordered before that came in a Canon box but it looks identical and more importantly IT WORKS!! and it's a lot less expensive than it was last time I ordered one. Brought my Pixma M860 back to life

This new OEM print head arrived in a factory sealed package. The numbers are a perfect match to the original part. I installed it in the printer and put in the ink cartridges then selected "print nozzle check". A message popped up that the machine would perform a head cleaning first and then it printed a perfect check pattern. I couldn't be happier. I am ordering another to have as a spare.

Works great but there was black ink in the plastic sleeve it comes in and on the print head itself. But I snapped that puppy in place and it printed up crisp and clean. Wear gloves to open package and install or get ready to wash up.

This product worked as described for my printer. Simple installation (required about 30 seconds)-- and printing again!!

Bought this because my print heads was completely clogged for yellow and black. This worked perfectly! The printer is as good as new and saved us from having to purchase a whole new set up for printing edible images. I highly recommend.
