I've been doing vitamin supplements, shampoos, and serums to help slow my hair thinning/loss and to encourage thicker hair and regrowth. While I can't say this worked any miracles I do see baby hairs growing in and have noticed less loss in the amount of hair I'm pulling from my brush each day. Overall, these seem to work as well or similarly to other similar supplements.

Save your money, these aren't anything better than a regular prenatal vitamin would be. Noticed no results, went back to my store-brand prenatal and my nails and hair were back to growing better again.

I’m about a month post bariatric surgery. The number one complaint I’ve seen is that after such a surgery there is significant hair loss due to the body not getting as many nutrients.So far I haven’t noticed anything beyond the normal shedding and I feel these pills might be helping. Though the sheer size of these pills are intimidating. I honestly rather take two smaller pills than swallow one huge one. Some post bariatric patients might have trouble getting this down at first. We have to be extra careful with pills and usually take chewable tablets for vitamins. But that’s my only complaint. They don’t really have a scent or after taste and my hair actually seems to be retaining its length and is even growing.

I've been taking this for about a month now and i noticed that my eyebrow hair was growing fast. Noticed strands of eyebrow hair were like twice the length of others. So, i guess this is what's triggering the growth. I can't say for certain if it's helping my head hair growth yet. But, if I'm noticing it on my eye brow, i'm sure it's triggering something to grow

Helped me on my hair journey!I don’t know if they work fully. I do use biotin shampoos and take biotin supplements, but I also know that these didn’t contribute to any hair loss. Also they didn’t make me nauseous like most vitamins do, and to me that’s super important.I would def Recommend these and even order them again should the need arise.

After finishing it the 2-month supply my hair is super healthy! It feels strong and is longer than ever. My hair is shinning and all the baby hair is growing strong. Super happy with the results!

I have not really noticed much difference in my hair, but these capsules are easy to swallow and do not have an aftertaste. Maybe I will give them to my husband and see if they make a difference, since he is losing his hair.
