Visually product is very attractive. But the door latch that opens the unit to resupply paper towels fell out of its socket when I tried to unlock the latch. The latch itself barely grabs onto the unit and barely keeps the door closed. It's very insecure when latched. If you keep this unit you will soon have to jury-rig the door with tape or perhaps strategically glue a pair of magnets to keep it closed. In addition it is very light weight and will not survive much bumping or inadvertant abuse at all.

I guess I made a bad assumption - I assumed they would be metal. No, they are cheap plastic boxes. And they have a plaque on the front that says “tissue dispenser”! That’s just cheap to me. For gods sake, you can see tissues coming out of the bottom. It doesn’t need a label.I’m not putting these in my high end office.:-(

This thing is straight garbage. It arrived with scratches right on the front, which isn't really a surprise when you see how flimsy it is. The latch is so cheap and doesn't close. I stuck it up on the wall and it lasted 2 days before the front broke off.

This was easy to install. A little more lightweight than I was expecting but otherwise it's a good value for the money.

Was easy to put up works great for kids. Now all they have to do is pull one out instead of pulling the whole roll of paper towels.
