I really like the adhesion to my door frames. We have a log home and I installed this weatherstrip to protect the sliding barn doors. I must say that it is functioning as I intended. As I said before, the adhesive is great. It stuck to rough sawn lumber with only one inch now peeling. I can fix that easily. I highly recommend this. It looks good, reduced noise and filled the gaps. Rooms stay cooler due to the thickness of the pile. Very good quality.

I purchased this for not the intended purpose. It did the job I needed it to do without a problem. But something to keep in mind is it does not compress as easily as foam weather strip. It does seem to have better resistance to wear from rubbing. That is what I needed.
