The item could have used better packaging. It arrived on time by mail carrier in one piece. I open it up and checked all over . There's nothing wrong. It's more beautiful than the picture and very light. The only withdraw is it's hand wash. It's ok with me.The price was great and one way to deal with carpet being cutely is to open it and walk on it many times without shoes. I love the carpet very much so does my dog.

The colors are vibrant. Some of the rolls haven’t completely flattened. Vacuums easily

Nice rug for the price. Wasn't looking for an expensive rug just something affordable, new and clean. Change the rugs often so can't do expensive. Would have given 5 stars except for the way it was rolled. Not on a cardboard tube so lots of creases. Had an idea that actually worked. Laid it on my deck upside down in full sun. This seemed to relax the backing from the heat and flattened out completely. Like a miracle. Much happier now and looks great.

These rugs are a nice weight and very true to the colors you see. I would buy them again.

I live in a condo and am required to put rugs down to keep noise under control. I bought this rug for my bedroom and am very happy with how it looks. I got it in black and it was exactly as pictured.It's not very thick and was so tightly rolled that it is still not flat after a week, so trying to lay it under a bed and nightstand was a bit challenging for one person, but I am still giving it 5 stars because, for the price, it exceeded my expectations.

The product was inexpensive and it shows.
