First of all it doesn’t include a hygrometer which is pretty stupid. I had to buy my own. I put 2 hygrometers from different manufacturers and it was never stable I had to use multiple boveda packs. No matter what I tried it was nearly impossible to store my cigars in it. Some advice spray all the wood in the humidor with a bit of water because the wood absorbs the humidity.
