These bowls are a perfect size and can be used for so many things....salad, pasta, rice dishes, oatmeal, thicker soups and stews...Desserts like pie and ice cream or cake and ice cream...the list goes on.I also use one for my dog. It fits his elevated feeder perfectly and is shallow enough that he's not digging down the bottom of his bowl for the last of his food.Very glad I purchased, and highly recommend.

I purchased these bowls specifically for use in preparing power bowls, burrito bowls and other likeminded dishes. These bowls provide the perfect vessel for what I wanted to do. The the depth and diameter make for beautiful presentation and portion size control which is extremely important to me.

These bowls were exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something that had enough room for a full meal, but not something as large as a dinner plate, and shallow bowls can just be easier to eat from depending on the meal.The only minor complaint I have is that they are definitely more of a navy blue, not the cobalt blue that my screen showed them as. Still very pretty!Easy to wash, they stack nicely in the cupboard too!

LOVE THESE PLATES!! The color is exactly like the pic. Can hold a lot of food. I love making my Buddha bowls in these. These are the only plates I eat out of now. They all came in perfect condition. I have used them in the microwave. The plates do get hot so be careful. That is the only con I’ve seen so far. Buy these plates

The wide rather than deep bowl is very useful in many cases. I have much larger plate-type dishes in the same white and I do find uses for both vessels. Good quality. Has gone through dish washer many times now with no problems.
