Great supplement to help boost your energy level and curb your appetite. I have only been taking the supplement for 3 days. I can tell I have more energy and I am not so sluggish in the afternoon. Also, it has helped to curb my appetite, I have been not so quick to grab any sweet or snack that I come in contact with. I am curious and excited to how it will effect my weight loss journey.

I bought this trying to get something close to the prescription phentermine I used to take. This was not close at all. I had more issues with heart rate, shaking, dizziness, and overheating. I also had little to zero weight loss results. It did not curb my appetite like the real phentermine did.

I was really excited to buy this product because of some of the reviews and also a recommendation from a friend, but It has done nothing for me. It does not curve my appetite at all, I actually feel hungrier at times. I have lost no weight at all, it did not give me energy or any other side effects, I really want this to work. I take 2 in the mornings like it says to, what could I be doing wrong? Help please.

I have been using this product now for 9 months. I have lost 13 pounds, my Initial goal was 10pounds. I take one tablet a day. The 2 did make me jittery. I also dont drink anything caffeinated, so felt that was the reason for the jitters. I have not experienced any GI or bowel problems. It curbs my appetite and I try to eat high protein foods, little carbs. I also do yoga. I do not go to the gym or do anything cardio. I have not weighed this much since after having my last child 28 yrs ago. This product is a tool to assist but you also have to follow up with diet and excercise. It’s not a miracle cure...

Works good. Be sure to have something small to eat with it as it might give you jitters like it did me.

This product was a great price and very effective for weight loss. I lost about 5 lbs without taking every day within a 2-week span. I was not consistent, if I would have been I would have lost more weight. I had to stop because of a private reason for a short time. I will start back in another month. Looking forward to the weight loss results again. it gave me energy, no jitters, appetite suppression on point. I would recommend the price point is excellent as well. I will be ordering again in Jan 2019.

Don't waste your money. Been taking thia aince February 23rd and still seeing if I continue to take it if it'll do any good. I put myself on a strict diet and have been working out to no avail. I still stay hungry and this product does not give me any extra energy.

These worked great and really did the trick in curbing my appetite. I didn't feel jittery at all which is my biggest pet peeve about some of these supplements.
