Integrated Sequential LED Tail Lights Smoke Lens for 2008-2012 Kawasaki Ninja 250R

So a week after I got it it started blinking on a off. Might have been caused by a electrical malfunction from the bike it self. Tryed a few different thing to get it to stop blinking but nothing worked. Till I messaged seller through Amazon and had a response in minutes. Told me just how to fix it..The fix was to reset it... push button (on back of light, under rubber plug) 5 times fast while hold brake lever . Key on without starting..and it reset back to normalI docked 1 star because even with my bikes supposed electrical problems I never had to mess with rear light set up before.Other then that 1 issue I love the light. it's so bright. So much easer to see blinkers. The factory blinkers were hard to see on a sunny day. But not this light. This light really grabs the other drivers attention and tells them what your doing. And it looks cool!Update: changed 4 to 5 starts because less then a week after I contacted then I got another in the mail. I didn't ask for it. they sent it to me because I had issues with I had got and even though I was able to reset it and fix it. They wanted to make good on it and send me another to make sure I was happy. Well it worked I'm very happy and had a few more rainy rides with second one, no issues.

I'm mechanically/electrically stupid and managed to get this installed relatively easily on my 2012 Ninja 250R. I bought this with theSpeedTactics FE-KAW250-0809 fender eliminator kit. The taillight was very easy compared to the fender eliminator. Plug and play. I forgot there was a wiring adapter in the box when I was installing it so I wasted a lot of time googling and wondering why my setup was different and how the heck I was supposed to connect the wires. Once I found my adapter in the box it was clear as day. I am still somewhat unclear as to how I can make the connection from the rear blinkers to the adapter more solid. They came with these cylinder-slide-together type tips (no i'm not joking, I don't know their technical name) and I pressed them together by hand as firmly as I could however I noticed when I was hooking my helmet under the rear seat the connection had come loose for 1 wire. I pressed them together again but I'm thinking of using some electrical tape across them to get a firmer hold.I wish this came with 2-3 white leds pointed at the license plate, just for legal reasons but I haven't had any trouble yet.

I got this for my ninja 250 and was so excited to install it. So finally the weather cooperates I’m able to install it with my mechanic. We install it and the brake light worked good but then the turn signals would get wonky. Only one of the yellow beams would blink, sometimes it wouldn’t blink at all. It would blink normal at times but it wasn’t consistent or safe. We tried everything.. I chased down fuses thinking that was it, we tried different wiring that wasn’t it. Finally I reached out to the company and explained my situation. They sent me a new one without hesitation, under warranty. Go and plug this one in and boom, it is perfect. Not a single issue. Everything works as intended. Not sure what happened with that first light as it was probably something within the light itself. But I’m glad I got it fixed and customer service was more than helpful and communicative.

08 Ninja 250, Installed easily. So incredibly much more impressive than stock signals. I find myself wanting to take turns more often just to show off the badass sequential. I got front LED signals with the darker shaded plastic to match and the bike looks great now.This does have the option to turn off the flashing break lights and sequential tail lights. It comes with both set to on, or at least mine did.

The bright LEDs combined with the initial triple flash will really catch anyone's eyes. Even if they aren't looking. I thought that they sent me the wrong cables to hook up the turn signal lights but they were the right ones. I just had to take some cowlings and the seat off to get to the actual turn signal cable housing. (I had been trying to plug the new turn signal wires into the socket for the running light and it didn't make any damn sense. It took me a little while to figure that one out XD)All in all it took me about 40 minutes to get it all installed and put back together. (I'm pretty slow and thorough when it comes to working on my bike at all really) Light looks great. Looks even better without my wonky OEM fender hanging down below it! :DWhen you first apply those brakes the light flashes 3 times and lets anyone within 500 feet of the back of you instantly knows you're coming to a stop. If you happen to activate your turn signal and hit your brakes afterwards your get a combination of triple flashing red lights combined with your yellow turning signal lights it is INCREDIBLY noticeable.Out of someones peripherals they might even mistake you for an ambulance or firetruck initially. It's awesome. And after it's done flashing it will glow a solid red (still very bright).If you pulse the brakes it blinks 3 times with every single grab so you can really alert someone if you feel they aren't paying attention to the road.These things really are great. The only reason I even gave it 4 stars was because I got some s***ty marks on the plastic around my light (from the original mold casting) I know they're kind of unavoidable but it's literally right on the top edge so it kinda pisses me off. You're really only going to notice it if you're specifically checking out the back light though so I can live with it I guess.I don't regret buying them one bit! :)

Great product. Love the flashing brake. Gives the bike a clean look. Very easy to install. Solid construction. Its not quite flush on the side edges; could maybe use another mm or two on each side. Still very minor and a non-issue. For all I know, the stock light might not have been very flush either.

Fantastic! Very simple and easy to put on. Came with extra wires just in case which was really useful
