title says it all. too tall and too narrow at the neck to fit a 2005 750 shadow spirit.... did not return as I got it dirty.

Does not fit
I have a 2006 honda VT750 (compatible according to the product description) and this product does not fit. It is skinnier and wider than original filter and does not fit on the bike and cover would also not fit over it.
