The glitter easily comes out of the compartment very easily.

Was hesitant to buy makeup for many years (worried about sending the wrong message) but we were ready. This is not great quality makeup but it's cute and that kind of the point, right? It's just for fun. And this set is fun. It's pink and has a big mirror and pull out drawers on the sides. Fun fun. My almost 7 year old just loved this. It was fun helping her learn how to put it on using her little brushes. I let her do it without much help and she loved it. She put it on for two days in a row and then tucked it away. Hasn't gone nuts with it like I imagined.Just a heads up. I told her which brushes to dip in the wet stuff bs the dry stuff. I had to explain to her that the gooey stuff in the circles was probably gonna be harder to smooth on evenly and ask her not to lie down on the furniture with it on her face, but otherwise I just let her play and she loved it. We cleaned it off with a rag easily at night. Very cute.

daughter loved this for christmas but lost the little brushes fairly quickly or they broke. Had to use my make-up brushes and cotton balls other items to allow her to play. the drawers stick a bit so her 5 yr old hands had a hard time opening them and they did come out a little too easily and not easily get put back in. should maybe be a little different way to get this all in a box that is more kid friendly.BHN Ventures contacted me following my post to try and make us happy, they gave a few options on how to help us be satisfied costumers which really shows they are working their best to provide a product that makes little girls smile and love their make-up kits.

This was the cutest little gift. I gave it to my little one so she could participate in her big sisters make-up party and she had a blast. We had glitter eyes for miles and smiles that shimmered and shined. Well packaged, not broken, brushes are glued down so you might have to help pull those up and get the sticky off but that is better than them sliding everywhere and damaging the make-up.

5 year old loved it from Santa but it was her first makeup kit and ahould have loved anything. Portions of makeup are very skimpy and the brush applicater was hard and stiff. Lip gloss does not leave any color or gloss at all. And only 1 eyeshadow and 1 blush color actually leave any color on the face. Mirror inside is garbage also but not breakable so I soposse thats good. Just can not use the mirror to see youself. I would have given this a 2 but I gave it 3 because in the end my daughter still loves it and is NOT not picking at it like I am. Its make up, after lots of tries and layers we got make up on her face and she was happy! She did ask why she couldnt see the first layera of makeup we put on so we switched colors. Also when first opening the makeup it looks beautiful and it appears that it is going to work... not the case. My picture may be misleading so please take our review into consideration before buying.

This was one of my gifts for my younger brother this Christmas and he loved it! He’s five years old and has Down syndrome. He loves playing with my makeup so I decided to get him a kid one for Christmas. This is the most gender neutral one I could find that didn’t have a white foundation powder (he’s mixed half African, half white), and was non-toxic. While I do wish it was a bit more neutral at least it didn’t say princess all over it so lol. He loves all of the glitter and shades of purple! I’ll definitely buy this for him again when he uses it all!

My Daughter just adores her big girl makeup set. She is a girlie girl and loves doing my makes with her personal makeup. It is so cute to watch her pull her little kit out. I love that the colors show up but aren't so vibrant that I look like a clown when she is done with me. It came on time and packaged great. I love that it has the little handle for her to carry around. It is also in a nice little case that doesn't come apart like many other childrens makeup sets. I have a funny feeling we will be ordering this one again.

Overall the pallet is great for a play set. Lots of fun colors and my little girl loves putting on her makeups "like momma". I did have a minor issue with the product due to warehouse shipping / handling that caused a couple of inserts to crack but the seller quickly reached out to me to make it right once reported. Based on the customer service alone I would buy this again and feel confident that the seller will assist should there be any issues. Aside from the issue that was beyond the sellers control it's a fun kids pallet.
