Mostly good. Mostly.
I want so badly to like this and I like 90% of it. The thumbsticks are good. Dpad is good. Face buttons, also good. The ergonomics are very good, it holds like a "comfortable" controller, not cramped like almost every other Switch controller in existence. And then there's the triggers. The L and R triggers are fine, they have a nice snap to them. The zL and zR are HOT GARBAGE. They have almost NO resistance and it is very difficult to feel when they actuate. Even though the switch does not use analogs for zL/zR these have so little resistance they FEEL like analogs. Which is bad, because they aren't.Also the ABXY face buttons are a little uncomfortable - they have unleasantly sharp edges on the letters, so they can bite into your thumb a bit. It's not going to draw blood, just maybe cause some minor discomfort until they get worn down with some use, but it's still worth knowing. The other minor complaint is that it can't be docked. Not the end of the world (is it really so hard for you to pull the switch out of the controller before docking? Really??) but certainly a minor inconvenience worth noting.Otherwise this thing is almost perfect - rumble is good (even if it isn't HD rumble), feel is solid, doesn't use bluetooth so no extra battery drain. But those zL/zR triggers...absolute garbage.

Super comfortable for on the go gaming with wrist/hand issues!!!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I absolutely love this controller!!! I’ve had wrist issues for several years to the point where I actually had bones fused in one of my hands just over a year ago. I spend a lot of time playing Switch on the go and often find that my hand is cramping by hour 2 with my regular joycons. This ergonomic set doesn’t do that! I don’t even realize how long I’ve been playing without my hand cramping until that dreaded “low battery” warning pops up. This controller is 100% worth it if you have any hand/wrist issues and game on the go! The only downside honestly is having to transport it in addition to the switch as it won’t fit in my case. I usually have a bag with me though that will hold both so it’s not a big deal 99% of the time. Even the kids I babysit have asked to hold my switch with this grip on and have said it’s really comfortable to hold!!! Edited to add a video of the grip in action! I seriously can’t express how much I love it!

It works, but check your options!
I've seen a lot of one-star reviews of this saying that it doesn't work, and I was having trouble getting it to work myself, but there's an option (see screenshot) to turn on wired pro controllers that needs to be on for this to be recognized. I thought it was on, but it wasn't and I couldn't get the Switch to recognize it. There is no mention of this setting on the box and no instructions included, so it's easy to miss that this setting needs to be on.Aside from that, it's great if you have large hands. The grip feels a lot like an XBox One controller and the thumbstick options are nice too. Overall I like the way it feels compared to the regular Joycons, but obviously it's a lot bulkier with this add-on.

Amazing Item!!!!
If you have big hands like me lol this is legit the product for you 100%! so been using it for a while nonstop and it really feels comfortable in the hands I always had issues because I get cramps in my hands from using the normal joy-cons. The best part the bumper is big too so is easier to use, my only critic would be that it would be dope if they do a version that has a battery pack.Besides that easy to use and responsive. One of the joy bring different sizes for you to change the that was a great addition. To be honest I would totally recommend this product to any one really easy to use and connects really fast to my switch.

Don't buy for the Dpad!
This is a great handheld option for people who miss full sized sticks and better ergonomics. The triggers and buttons feel clicky but good, and the different right analog sticks are a great touch depending on the games you are playing. I also love that it's one connected unit (even if it adds weight), as alternatives like the big hori pads put a lot of stress on the side rails for the joy cons. It's a shame that all of that is outweighed, in my opinion, by the dpad. This is a really clicky one that requires a lot of pressure to activate and maintain. Holding this down for a 2d platformer is literally painful. It works fine for games that rarely use the Dpad or use it for weapon swapping or getting out a grenade (like apex legends), but I will not be using this for any game that primarily controlls best with a Dpad.Great in so many ways, but do not get this thing if you are interested in dpad games alone. I'd hope a future version of this improved the dpad and maybe added some back buttons to the mix.

I really like it!
When I first opened it I was a little worried about the size of it, but once you start playing with it you forget about the size because it is so lightweight and comfortable in the hand. Your switch slides right in and there is a soft backing so your switch will not get scratched up going in and out of the controller. I’ve been using it for longer gaming sessions and my hands and wrists have no discomfort like I sometimes get when using the joycons for a long period of time. Would definitely recommend to someone who likes to play in handheld mode.

Comfortable
love this grip controller for my switch!! It’s by far more comfortable to hold in my hands over the classic switch controllers. If you are like me and have arthritis in your wrists, the controller is easy to hold for long periods of time.I really like how this controller still vibrates like the real ones, but one of my favorite things about it is how fast it charges the switch!! Highly recommend this controller

It is a great grip controller
I already used it for a while and what I can say. It is a really good grip controller for switch. It came with 3 changeable sticks, I didn't like the small one, but the others are perfect, one like PS4 controller and other like original Switch joycon, you can chose and it is easy and simple to change. The controller is light and comfortable. Easy to install (just plug and play, not extra configuration needed). The material is strong and the buttons are soft to press. Only the digital pad is a little bit noisy, but nothing that disturb me. In other words, it is the best cost benefit than others I used, I recommend.
