Great product with multiple uses!
Bought this for postpartum recovery, but ended up using it more as a general cool/ice pack! Currently using it to prevent and manage mastitis/swelling and it’s so easy to use, and stays cool enough for a while, without being as intense as a normal ice pack.

So glad I got this for after birth. I had complex stitches which were very sore and this definitely helped ease the discomfort!

Lifesaver
These were an absolute lifesaver postpartum (especially with an episiotomy). I had two that I would alternate so one was always in the freezer ready to go. My only criticism is that the covers in the kit didn’t really protect the pad very well. The writing on them did get stained as they were used.

Essential for postpartum!
An absolute must for the hospital bag, who knew?! Didn't even know these existed until after the birth of my baby. Had I known I'd have had it in the freezer for as soon as I came home! An absolute godsend post-birth, if you're expecting a baby, you won't regret buying this!

Lifesaver!
The sustainable peri-product I would recommend over and over again. Very effective in reducing pain in those early post-partum days. Great value for money, especially if you look at it as price per use!
