Absolutely fantastic!!! Love everything about this unit/package. Am assisting friend living in huge home with cathedral ceilings that is constant need of assistance whether it be to use restroom, needs meds or even just a simple soft drink. Got tired of yelling through home & lost my voice for three days & knew I needed help. When searching, was thrilled to find that there are now items available. Not only did I purchase this package but also ordered a simple mobile receiver along with an additional push button from same mfg so that no matter where I am within home or outside, I can always be reached. The plug-in wall monitors are pretty loud, even on the lowest setting. Walkie talkies are exceptional having volume control w/ approx 500 ft range. Can hear every word spoken clearly, saving my voice from being lost. Cost of both packages (which can be paired together) exceptional considering what you get for your money. Well worth every penny and then some. Highly recommend to anyone that find themselves yelling across your home in order to communicate with others. We got this to supplement the call pendant my elderly mother uses at her assisted living as that never seems to work. This has 3 very loud but adjustable plug in ringers with 10 or so optional chimes plus two pendants. They seem to work through walls and quite a distance so we will place one ringer at the nurses station, one outside her room and one inside her room (so she knows it is working). Then one pendant on her and one on the floor of the bathroom (where she usually falls). Excellent system!

I unexpectedly had to become a temporary caregiver for a family member and I quickly learned that they wouldn't always be able to wake me up if I was needed to assist with going to the bathroom and other tasks. I sought a solution that would be quick and easy for them to alert me directly from the medical bed. This caregiver pager was just what I was looking for. For the price, it was a purchase that didn't need much thought, as it has brought us great value. The connectivity was easy to setup and the adjustable volume was helpful so that I could configure the right amount of sound. It also included a manual bell if they decided to ring that instead. The only reason I'm leaving a 4 star review is that right when you plug in the alarm into the outlet, it immediately begins to ring, which is annoying. Otherwise, the functionality is great, especially since it comes with two alarms and two buttons, which I've installed on two floors.

This deserves 10 stars. My dad is terminally ill, walks with a walker, but cannot speak. We got this before regular falls as he is ventilator dependent and needs to have his headset on in between potty breaks. Falls are serious but his can be dire. We have one pager in our sleeping area and one in the living room. The alarm is like a loud doorbell and even just the one in the living room is enough for a 4 bd house, works thru walls, and loud enough to wake you. Uses: My brother checked my dad on our Ring camera one day, he had fallen, and he immediately connected in thru the Ring speaker asking dad if he was alright - chime for yes. He chimed. Brother asked if he should call 911 immediately. No chime. Brother says he’ll be home in 5 minutes, is dad okay til then. Dad chimed for yes. My brother also uses it for my dad’s showers. My dad likes to get in his chair by himself and then page my brother from outside the door for help washing. The chime even woke me up from REM sleep this morning after he fell trying to squish a spider in the bathroom. We have one on his walker and one in the shower. The waterproof one is still working like Day 1. It’s great that both buttons are paired to both receivers. I wasn’t sure if each button was singularly paired with each pager but it’s preset as one big system. This is the best pager just short of the ones that dial out to emergency services directly.

Bought this for my dad who had shoulder surgery. I didn't want to rely on his lessened ability to use his phone to get ahold of me, so I gave these buttons a try. Unbelievably easy to set up!! It's rare to find something that doesn't depend on an app for everything; with this system, you just plug it in and it works. I truly, truly appreciate the simplicity, and my elderly parents have no trouble with it at all. Within our house, we put a speaker in the family room and in the hallway by my room. The loudest setting is pretty loud! I feel confident that I would hear it even if I was sleeping (volume can be adjusted to very quiet and mute/lights only too). It's definitely worth the money to have, even if it's just for their nightstand. Many buttons can be connected to the speakers, so eventually I like the idea of purchasing more buttons to attach onto the walls probably by the shower where they might remove the lanyard. The set of two speakers and two buttons comes already paired, meaning pushing either button sets off both speakers. Getting technical, I also like that there are instructions for pairing and unpairing devices. Since I care for both parents, I like the option of being able to pair one button to one speaker with a different alarm tone on each speaker for each mom/dad. We have no need for actually doing that as of now, but for those who have multiple handicapped individuals in their home this might be good to know.

I bought several of these for my mom and her caregiver, and they work perfectly for calling for assistance. The alert is loud enough to be heard throughout the house, and the button is truly waterproof for use in the shower.

This system has a good and loud speaker to get attention. I appreciate that you can select different sounds too. The wireless range appears to be good for the ranch style house we have. I will note that the Light on the speak does NOT light up very well. It could use a much brighter light to get attention of those who are hard of hearing, or when the TV is playing to loud.
