No, I put my "surface go" in it and nothing bigger than that will fit.

Q: Can a miro roni fit in the large compartment

I'm unsure as I do not have a (micro) roni but I'm going to say even if it did fit it would not be a comfortable way to pack it around probably be cumbersome to get to hang up on zippers flats etc.

Q: can you use this for a ccw?

Works well! I carry a smal subcompact 380 or 9mil in the side zip compartment. I also use the pocket inside the large compartment to hold a light weight trauma plate. Worked so well that I ordered my wife one and I have another in my cart just in case something happens to this one. This is the best bag I have found in years! Has all the right compartmentations. Hope this helps.
