Very easy to make. Does not require filtering like other teas that I have tried. Not difficult to make for a daily cup. One bag lasts a month. Tastes nice, too. Resolved my blood issues.

Purchased this for a family member I was told the taste is awful. I suggested they add some honey in it bc it has great benefits.

I have been using Ojibwa/Essiac tea for years and directing others to them regularly. Unfortunately, among instructions, dosing varies. This tea varies in an advantagous way, but it is useful to add additional information in that the dosage on the package is very strong. While it makes a very strong, good, tea which is very valuable to cancer treatment, I was noticing how traditionally Ojibwa/Essiac tea has been brewed. After cooking with the same amount of herb in this package, historical instructions were to use 2 ounces of the prepared tea with 2 ounces of distilled water added as you took each serving so you are having 4 ounces fluid total 1/2 water, 1/2 tea. For maintenance, I would do that with this valuable tea. For cancer, stick with the package only I would recommend using the tea every 3 hours 25 minutes if you have cancer. All medicines I have ever taken wear off at the 3 1/2 hour mark. I have missed the boat with natural treatments prior because I was not getting enough. There was 1 sentence in an entire book that I missed that applied to me: SOME PEOPLE WILL NEED MORE. This tea's high-dose when made according to the instructions is good for that. Maintenance would not need that potency though. I wish vendors would come down on their prices. I need to have this tea ongoing for years and I get some to help others with it too. So, it adds up because there will always be those in need ongoing. Prices prevent me from being able to keep that going though. It is unfortunate so I am always looking for affordable 8 herb Ojibwa/Essiac tea.

Taste is ok, I've tasted worse. I've drank burdock mixed with other herbs in the past so this isn't hard to drink. Texture is a bit gooey but that's to be expected with herb powder which essiac in powder form seems to be the most recommended from my reading on it. Can't speak about benefits just yet because I just started taking but will update once I see results.Quick update 10/27/24:I've had frequent gout attacks this year and I had JUST started taking this tea when attack a few days ago started. I decided to try no medication, avoid gout-causing foods, drinking lots of water and continue to drink the tea. I should've taken pictures because the tea worked! My skin is also clearer and I wake up in the morning with less body aches! I have a friend using this for her son. I'll give an update once we see improvements in him.

I have tried this Essiac tea and another one. This is definitely the best. Have purchased twice now

This is my second purchase of this brand's essiac tea. Taste is a little soury, not bitter but woody flavor. I have drunk worst taste herb teas before, so its not that unbearable. (Taste is definitely better than neem tea for example.)Ive been drinking day and night to empty stomach to boost my immune system. I havent seen any particular differences in my body yet. Only thing Ive observed in change is my bowel movement in mornings. It doesnt make you diarheic, but your stool gets much softer, and easy to empty your bowl.Herb mix is very fine, like a sugar powder. So you have to stir the tea before you drink, otherwise mixture sits on bottom of the jar.
