I bought this to help improve my posture, especially since I sit at a desk for long hours. It does what it says! It pulls your shoulders back gently without causing discomfort. It takes a bit of getting used to in the beginning, but after a few wears it feels more natural. I like that it’s adjustable and discreet enough to wear under loose clothing. It’s not a miracle fix, but if you wear it consistently, you’ll definitely feel the difference.

Know first of all, that it works. And it is not too expensive.Being so light, it can be fiddly to fit or put on, especially if your rotational mobility in your arms is not as good as it might be? Also it has extension straps for bigger people, and I am one. These straps are "velcro" extensions and can detach with tension when adjusting; and you need that tension for any efficacy. I am 6'4" and 48" chest, and I needed the extensions.Once that tension is on, it can become uncomfortable under the arms; but the instructions do warn the wearer to limit the time wearing the harness initially.But.......it does seem to be working (ie pulling my shoulders back and improving my posture) and it cost less the £15 delivered, so nothing to complain about!

Item is defective – strap is bent and cannot be adjusted properlyI received the item, but one of the straps is permanently bent and twisted . Because of this, the strap always sits crooked and cannot be adjusted correctly. The product cannot be used as intended, since it does not provide proper posture support.

When pulled tight and worn for an hour you’ll find the straps cut in under your arm pits. The rear vertical strap could do with an attachment to a waist band as it rides up to just below the rear of your neck. Not bad as a starter support but I’m purchasing something more supportive that attaches around the lumbar and waist region. A good budget idea but for my money and to avoid back ache I’m trading up.

Very uncomfortable to wear. It goes under your armpits and sticks out making it very uncomfortable to lower arms to your sides. Also rubs alot too possibly causing injury if worm too much for long periods. Seems robust enough to last and adjustable but not comfortable enough for me to wear.
