Complete rip off...
I bought this thinking it was a book, it is not. I would agree with another reviewer who said it was more like a "pamphlet." I thought it would be interesting since I am passionate about learning. All that this book is is a quick pep talk on how you can be a genius if you really believe in yourself, and an explanation on how to speed read. What a rip off... Spend your money elsewhere. I wish Amazon would have a real book filter to protect buyers from "books" like these. Do not purchase.

Learn how to learn
They say, “you can’t teach old dogs new tricks anymore”. Not that I consider myself that old but I have to admit learning has become more difficult as I've grown older. I’ve always admired the great geniuses like Einstein and Gates and have wondered what was running in their minds. I imagine their brains are like giant sponges just absorbing everything they focus on. I grabbed this book hoping to learn something new. It mentions a lot of things like the mindset of a genius, speed reading and retention, etc. But what struck me the most is step 5 of 5 which is commit to spend 20 hours on learning something. It actually makes sense. I don’t expect to learn violin after taking just one class. I have to commit my time in order to learn how to play and give more hours to become an expert.

Learning is the key to success
Being a lifelong learner I really appreciated this book. People that do not like to learn have always amazed me, and he points out the reasons and how to overcome those traits that people who do not like to learn have learned growing up. He states a simple 5 step plan to learn. He covers the fact that it only takes 20 hours to learn anything, if you follow his steps. He had a quote that I thought was priceless, "If you want to master the art of learning, you need to learn the value of time. A person that knows the value of time is a person that knows how to use it effectively, and will make the most out of what they have." Certainly worth reading especially if you do not like to learn.

Very sparse content
This is a short book with sparse content. The book has generous spacing (double spaced between paragraphs, for example) to make it appear more substantial than it really is.The content appears to be a mix common sense and pep talk. None of the information has insight that is unique or special, you can find the same ideas by searching the internet. The book has a good number of spelling errors. So I will end this review with a quote from the author on how to remember what you learn "Do not forget to wright it down!" (sic)Ali Julia review

Useless babble
This very short book gives no helpful advice at all. The author talks about you needing to find your own learning style, but says you have to do this on your own. He doesn't even mention any different types of styles. He says you should learn to speed read but doesn't tell you how you learn to do so. Plus, the author does not seem to know what a semi-colon or period is, as his run-on sentences are atrocious. Although I purchased this book at a discount, it was not worth it. There was no helpful advice and the author just kept saying the same things over and over. I would not recommend this book.

Total garbage. a brief booklet on a topic that should ...
Total garbage. a brief booklet on a topic that should be written by someone with a background in the sciences of memory and learning, and not some author who himself claims to be "super interested in psychology". The book is 78 pages of information that can be found on the internet with a brief search, and you wouldn't have to look that hard.

Speed read this review. If you cant, read the book! :)
I like his perspective on learning styles. There are thousands of ways to learn and no one way is correct. You have to discover your learning style by experimenting. Like he says in the book “no one can tell you what your learning style is.”I picked up on his tip for reading 3 words at a time right away and tried it for the last two chapters. I was surprised that I was still able to retain what I was reading while using this speed reading tip. I’m already a faster reader! I don't know if it will make me a Genius but it already made me a little smarter.

A must read for everyone!
This is a must read book for anyone and everyone. It gives you various tips and methods to speed up your learning process and thus make you feel like a genius. Genius is indeed a heavy word and is usually correlated with natural talents but this book will make you feel otherwise because it helps everyone and the word genius is used in a vague sense. Some of the techniques in the book were very useful to me like speed reading.Overall, I highly recommend this book.

The worst book I have ever read
Terrible.Very short - I read it in about 15 minutes. Probably didn't take much longer to write. The last 15% is just self-promotion (adverts for other books etc.).Has many grammatical and spelling errors. No research, no bibliography, no reason to believe anything he writes.Contains such gems as "I would call this [book] the key to knowledge", "You will find that becoming a genius in the real world is going to have its challenges".Price is equal to that of many valuable, well-researched, proper books.I would be tempted to say that this book is a scam, but I get the impression that the author is sincere.

Not very good.
Very poor. Would not recommend.Too light on content.Just not very good and no evidence that author has used any of the techniques.Debunking the 10,000 hours was explained very poorly. The idea of becoming a expert in 20 hours is also explained by Josh Kaufman in his book The First 20 Hours far better.

Viel Blabla
