I exercise on a stationary bike at the gym when the weather does not allow a ride outside for an hour or so. These provide just enough padding to keep me from becoming a little uncomfortable.

Pros - Great Gel padding and price. Cons - Cheap Manufactured and sizing is very small, Order 1-2 sizes larger to fit. Padding sewn in two far back, and not long enough in front to fit properly. Waist band and legs should have a wider hem with silicone rubber inserts to keep shorts in place for cycling. Overall a decent padded under short for the price, but could be great product if designed better for cycling.

These are extremely comfortable, especially for long bicycle rides. They keep the "tank" well protected and provide extra comfort when wearing "normal" shorts.

Terrible. Falling apart. Any warranty?

This is my review for the ALLY Men's 3D Deluxe Padded Cycling Shorts.These safely arrived on my doorstep shipped inside a thick plastic ziploc bag inside a vinyl envelope.This is my second pair of “cycling” shorts my other pair being made for mountain biking have padding “all over” the shorts whereas these just provide padding for the dangly bits. Inspecting the shorts I found the material to be EXTREMELY thin (label says polyester/lycra blend) like womens nylons material thin with of course the exception for the padding which is super thick (almost comically so). The padding has a label that it’s “gel” but really seems to be foam not gel; however, I’m not cutting it open to find out.The fitment was true to size, it should be noted the padding goes on the outside which is slightly disconcerting as the tag is on the outside too. There’s no “convenience” flap in the front which is a minor nuisance but given the padding so close it’s best we don’t have one of those anyway. The label states its machine washable and mine survived the initial and post bike ride washing on the gentle cycle.These shorts succeeded in providing some comfort for my hips/tailbone and dangly bits while providing a bit of ventilation. I’m not sure I’d wear these any and every time I ride my bike but for those long hauls I’m sure these are the ones I’m going to turn to.I received the shorts at a discount in exchange for a fair and unbiased review.
