Outstanding
Used 2 TBS per pound, 50/50 pork butt and ground deer with some beef fat. Flavor and heat level is spot on. Highly recommend.

Great flavor
Had some hot links for a bbq everyone loved them 80% pork butt 20% bacon trimmings but before you stuff your casings take a pinch of your mixture and fry it up and taste it as you should with any new mix you have not used before I ended up doing using 2.5 times what they said to do and threw in some smoked paprika to get a more of a red tint to the mix flavor was amazing and it had a slow heat that came up from the back side but not over powering. Some how I got it where people that like spicy and people that dont all enjoyed it

Good flavor but next time I'll throw in some cayenne. It has zero kick.

GREAT TASTE
most people love the taste but you have to use almost all of it in 30 lbs or it wouldn't taste it
