It is excellent. I cannot think of another product I have ever owned that exceeded my expectations so much. I have longer, thick, curly hair and this leaves it soft, smooth, and shiny. Why would anybody buy another brand?

I've been looking for a hair dryer that would dry your hair quickly and similar to professional hair drying and a salon. This fit the bill completely. My long thick hair dries literally in 10 to 12 minutes as opposed to literally 25 to 30 minutes in the past. I would highly recommend the investment into this hair dryer.

Hairdryer is great however it is heavier than seller states. See photo of scale weight. I weighed it after noticing how much heavier it was than my previous Babyliss Pro.

You won't be disappointed. I have long hair. I use a curling brush with a blowdryer. This is the best blowdryer ever! Dries my hair fast without damaging it. There are 2 attachments that allow air to pass through. This allows you to place the end of the dryer directly on your hair without burning out the motor. The dryer cost s little more but I assure you, you won't be disappointed.

I bought this after wasting hours of my life researching various hair dryers, and I'm glad I did. Someone recommended the Dyson, but I didn't want to spend $400+ on a hair dryer; however, I was willing to spend a little more money on a high quality product.This thing looks and feels good - it's lightweight, ergonomic, has thoughtful placement of the controls (easy to reach but you won't accidentally hit them), and best of all - it's QUIET. It's by far the quietest of all the hair dryers I've ever used. This feature was top of my list, so I was impressed. It isn't the most powerful of the ones I considered, but it definitely gets the job done and my ears aren't ringing.

I had been using the expensive Dyson dyer for several years and my hair started breaking off. A friend who'd experienced the same problem was told by her stylist that the Dyson was likely the culprit, so my friend switched to another brand and her problem went away. After watching a YouTube video by another stylist who broke up with her Dyson for a Bio Ionic, I decided to try this one. I used it this morning for the first time and the difference was stunning: whereas my Dyson would leave my hair looking like hay (even with Olaplex bonding oil), this unit moisturized my hair and left it sleek and shiny. I'm frankly astounded! I had a little trouble attaching the concentrator nozzle (and it flew off at one point), but other than that I am very pleased. Am hoping that the breakage will be nipped in the bud.

Literally the worst hairdryer I have ever bought. Lasted exactly one month to the day and died. Unfortunately the return window has closed on Amazon, how convenient. For the price DO NOT recommend. Super disappointed.
