The 02 sensor wrench is just perfact

I was able to access the O2 sensor with this socket when a normal sensor socket wouldn't reach

I was having trouble getting my O2 sensors off so I ordered this socket set. One of the sockets fit perfectly and removed the sensor with ease. They seem like nice quality sockets too. Great buy for the price

This socket helped me switch out a rusty old oxygen sensor on a 2005 Honda Accord. My only complaint with it is the build quality is a little cheap as mine had a small sharp edge in one of the corners. But for the cheap price you pay for this one you can't complain much!

In 50+ years of working on my own vehicles, I’ve never had to remove an O2 sensor. When the need arose I didn’t think I needed the highest quality tool. This one had OK reviews and the price was great. As another reviewer said the 3/8 square for the drive was slightly under sized. It was very hard to get my name brand ratchet into the drive hole. 10 minutes with a small file allowed me to relieve the hole enough that it fit properly. Another reviewer mentioned that the hex was a little bit large. I would agree with that but it didn’t present a problem for me. The one problem I had was that the hex was only cut probably 1/4 of an inch into the tool and after that it was just round (see photo.) this made it tend to pop off the sensor as I was trying to turn it. If the hex was a little deeper I think the tool would’ve been easier to use. But I was able to use it. I had to use two hands to hold the tool onto the sensor. This was somewhat difficult because my hands completely filled the available space.

The socket fits over the o2 sensor fine but the wrench opening doesn’t fit a standard wrench smoothly. The opening is too small for the wrench to connect.

I cant fit my o2 sensor in the opening, have to go to autozone to loan their o2 sensor wrench

I ordered an oxygen sensor kit picture showed kit of 5 pieces. Now picture and description have changed. If your just looking for this one socket your good.
