Works well and looks good!
I had this installed on a property gate and then automated. Lock works like a charm and the body is good quality and strong. Best part are the computer type keys that can't be easily copied. A+

Hello, good morning. Unfortunately, just three days after the lock was installed, the pin that holds a wheel broke, which caused me great difficulty since we were trapped for more than five hours. I send photos.

Disappointed and need a refund ASAP
The install kit is incomplete. No installation guidelines which is making my life more difficult thinking about it. The cable is so short without any specifications as to type to use in augmenting it. More information is needed to install and operate this device and that is lacking. This is the worst product i have ever purchased from Amazon and i must reclaim my money as it is not fit for use. A key switch was included but has no place to affix it thereby making it impossible to open from the other side of the house owner steps out. Someone must be inside all the time to activate it which is a very poor design intent. Also, someone must physically be by the lock to turn the key to open at any time. So poor that i just wasted my hard earned money on.
