I think it's important to realize that packaged keto and low carb foods just aren't going to have the taste and texture of full carb products. I'm making my review with that in mind. I think King Arthur has done a nice job with this keto pancake mix! I like the bit of sweetener in it that adds to the flavor. The texture is good, not grainy from the fiber. This is my first time making them. I used 75% milk and 25% water. I cooked them to 3 different stages: well done with deep brown spots, medium golden and light golen. Texture and flavor was lacking in the barely golden. Flavor and texture best with medium golden, but the more well done were good too. I can see myself eating these on the run any time of day. I will read more reviews for tips, but seriously, for a keto product, these are good!

Pancakes is one of the things I have missed the most since being diagnosed as diabetic. I just compared this brand side by side with another brand. (Not sure if I can mention the other brand here). These pancakes were really good. If mixed according to the recipe, the batter is a little thicker than I usually make, but it worked out perfectly. It is very moist and chewy. Almost as good as old fashioned buttermilk pancakes I used to make. The inside felt almost like it's not cooked all the way, but it was. It had an interesting texture. It did not require nearly as much syrup as the other brand and the flavor was great. I really like it and highly recommend it.

If I wasn't the one who bought this and cooked them I wouldn't have ever known they were keto! No pulling legs here. Everyone is struggling to make ends meet while making good food choices. With that said... I will use these as a convenience meal. There's things in this that takes it way out of the clean keto rhelm. But much much better than "regular" pancakes. The syrup I use is Maple Grove Farms Sugar Free low calorie syrup for the taste and the price. Again not a clean keto food by a long shot but it is far better than "regular" syrup. I eat low carb and high protein. I don't restrict any food groups. I just make sure I eat only what I really want in a low carb low sugar keto version. I gave list 45lbs in 6 months. Have 20 to go. I am no doctor or dietitian so I'm am not advocating for any diet regimen. But I will definitely recommend this product. I made 4 pancakes from the 6 pancake recipe. I also added. One egg, almond milk, pure vanilla and a teaspoon of avocado oil. Light, fluffy and delicious. Get these!

Tasted good, very easy to mix, but the pancakes are very flat and not fluffy at all.

It’s nuts how delicious these pancakes are given how low they are in carbs. I highly recommend. I add a tiny bit of salt and some vanilla extract to give the batter flavor. Also, the instructions call for too little water so I add 50% more.

The keto pancakes are great! The Flavor and texture are the best keto / low carb pancakes i have had.They taste just like regular pancakes, and as they are not almond flour they do not have the grainy texture that I don’t always enjoy.Based on some reviews/comments, I added a little vanilla and baking powder to the mix. I also used the suggested water amount as a guideline and added a little bit more until the thickness of the batter was to my liking.

Really love having an alternative to almond and coconut flour for low carb baking. Bit of a learning curve to bake successfully with it. Have had some trouble with bake goods sticking to my pans. Flavor and rise are really good. Wish it came in a larger size and would love to see the price come down a bit.

These tasted like regular pancakes! My husband and I were very impressed. I ended up having to use the whole bag when I made them for the first time, so I didn’t get a chance to try the alternative recipe with egg, etc. but I will next time! I prefer my pancakes thinner, so next time I’ll add a bit more water. They puff up when cooking more than I thought even though the batter looked thin enough already. I definitely will purchase this again. It scratches that pancake itch very well without guilt.
