I use this sauce on many foods. Better than any other "hot" sauce out there but still more on the mild side,

it's the shiznit
This stuff is great for chicken thighs. Probably great on other things too, but IDK. I usually toss the thighs in a bowl and grill them. It isn't too spicy like that. I've never used it after cooking, only before. It would probably be too powerful of a flavor as a finishing sauce.

Not the garlic I was anticipating
Tastes nice with a little heat. Definitely not the garlic level I was hoping for. Probably good on a burger or ribs, but just disappointed in the garlic as I can’t detect it trying it straight.

It’s not too spicy and it’s not too hot. It’s just the right amount of Cajun garlic.
I always have this in my house, it is delicious with rice and a great addition to other soups
