I have been trying to fit a hat for months and all the videos received are for a different machine. So sad I really wanted to make hats. Also every time I use it I need to set a timer on my phone because the timer that comes in the machine don't work 98% of the time. The machine itself works I mean it get hot and everything but it's those 2 things for me.

Llegó rápido, completa y las piezas en buen estado. Algunos tornillos sueltos pero, se entiende! ya que, la pieza de los platos las mangueras no pueden doblarse pero, allí venían los tornillos.Llego rápido! A pesar que lo envio UPS.De momento solo tengo unas semanas con la máquina... ya veremos con el transcurso de los días.-------2022 Ya llevó varios meses con la maquina y gracias a Dios todo ha marchado muy bien.hay que tomar lo con calma la barra deslizante, se les puede salir los balines que permiten que podamos sacar la cama o base para poner el suéter ya que, si eres poco cuidadoso y estas comenzando en este mundo de la sublimación deberás saber que todas la maquinas de este uso son muy delicadas desde la mas cara hasta la más barata.Y no puedes conectar la a cualquier entrada o tomacorriente ella generan un voltaje adecuado para su funcionamiento.

I hesitantly bought this heat press because it didn’t have reviews, but the price was right and I’m on a tight budget. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. It’s a heavy unit and had all the attachments, by at the time I've only used the shirt press. The press seems a bit too too heavy - like it should be mounted to the table some way. It has toppled forward a few times as I’ve loaded or unloaded a shirt on the base. It has a nice, wide handle and a swivel base, which helps a lot. The control panel is a press button panel with digital numbers and the label is already worn off of the panel (after trying to set up and two t-shirts sessions). The included instructions are not clear to follow and do not include the meaning of all of the digital codes on the control box. It has taken me a lot of experimenting and scorching shirts to figure things out. The unit does heat up quickly, which is nice. As a “starter” unit it works fir my needs but there has been a learning curve, which has been a little frustrating. I’m really hoping this unit lasts a while and I didn’t just get ripped off.

The heat press has all the features you would usually only get out of a machine 5x the cost! The heat press swings away and the platen pulls out, making it very easy to maneuver your garments. The customer service is very responsive as well, I had an issue and they resolved it the same day.

The product itself is very cheaply made. The screws are a bit tarnished & the swivel arm needs oil. I think it's a great value for the amount of product received however. It's a great starter press, but will eventually upgrade.

The Merchandiser is as very quick when it came to a problem with me. Very well at getting back when I had a problem with my product. The product is great I really like it. And thankful for buying from this merchant. Thanks again…..
