I wanted a small package, with some, a little above average supplies, that even a dummy like me would be able to administer first aid at a time of need. I added a couple things, chest seal, Israeli bandages, and a splint. Everything fits in great, and the bag is high quality. I bought two of them, one OD, the other black. I’m considering setting up a couple more for family members. Some of the items are China, hard to buy everything USA made. Other than that, very happy with the buy’s.

This bag is fantastic! Super rigid with high-quality zippers and pockets. The medical supplies inside are great as well. Very nice assortment, and everything you would need for backpacking, traveling, jobsite, etc. Molle straps on back are you to connect to any backpack with the Molle system. Definitely recommend this bag. FYI, maybe not quite as big as the Amazon images make it seem :)

I love this product and it provides more than enough medical supplies for my hikes and other expeditions. The bag is a decent quality and it has had only a few QC issues with threads tearing and zippers being a little finicky, but it has done the job just fine.Really awesome opening it up and seeing everything neatly packed in. The bag is a little tight though and it may be necessary to grab another bag for medical supplies if you want to add anything to your kit.If you carry a MOLLE pack, this thing will fit pretty well on the back and the bottom and isn't too heavy unless you're an ultralight backpacker and/or going on thru-hikes or other long term hikes. Perfect for vehicles though.If you're too lazy to build your own bag with things you know you will need, this has quite a bit of everything.
