Easy installation and good quality!
These were extremely useful when we moved in to our new place (old farmhouse). My husband had the daunting chore of making new screens for a few windows ... these worked as described, are durable, and he was able to fit the window without it being too thin. They look professionally done. Would recommend.

Works well, but dented during shipping.
Product arrived on time, but several dents in the metal were seen. I had deliberately ordered longer than I needed as was able to work around the dents.You do need to make your measurements a bit smaller than I expected to be able to work the finished screen into the slots. Definitely test the fit before you fit the actual screening material into the frame. The plastic corners fit well into the metal. At first I thought they might be a bit loose, but once the screen material is added it holds everything together well.BTW, there is spline already in the spline groove in the metal frame pieces, which worked great with nylon screen.

What a great product for those older size windows to make your own to fit perfectly, cost was great also,you can beat it .

Windows has new screens
So far I fixed two window screens.Messed the first one up. But fixed them to fit on the other windows. So far they are working out just fine.

Product OK, packaging and instructions lacking.
My frame pieces arrived with a significant bend at once end. Luckily I needed to cut it down and the bend was on the scrap section. Overall it seems decent quality and all pieces were present. I found the assembly instructions pretty lacking, so I expect anyone new to this sort of thing might be confused, especially since the spline comes packed into the groove.

Economic and Simple Solution for New Window Screens
This was a great, economic solution to previously damaged window screens in my home. Fairly easy to assemble and relatively durable if handled correctly. The frames do bend / indent easily if too much pressure is applied, but it doesn’t stop the screen from serving its purpose.Instructions for pieces, measuring, and cutting could be improved to assist those with limited experience.When measuring, keep the corner pieces in mind and don’t forget to install the pull tabs before pressing in the screen material.
