I love how i can just syphon some pure ethanol and presto, its clean and sterile. But the shaky-shaky method of initiating, it its absurd. The lees do gets disturbed no matter how careful you are and how deep the demijhon is.Does get the job done ,tho, and as i said, i love how i can clean it easier than the platic ones, wich deteriorate on contact with sanitizers.

Horrible experience.

I really like the stainless steel quality of this cane. It is easy to get a siphon going and the cane draws down sufficiently to prevent waste at the bottom. It is long enough for a 6-gallon carboy.
