Great nutritional substitute for processed white sugar.
This date sugar is like eating dates. It's very healthy for me and the flavor is amazing. It's not like white sugar and doesn't dissolve like white sugar so it can be powdery and hard to mix. I use a whip blender for stirring for frothy cacao coffee replacement. Love this product and use it in a lot of my baking now as well. Results? Amazing taste and healthier option.

Great option for sugar substitute
I have been looking for a sweetener to replace traditional sugar. This is a tasty option. It has just the right amount of sweetness. Without any chemical after taste. A little bit goes a long way. This is is helpful for my prediabetic diet needs. I still have a good amount left over. It is super fine and not clumpy. You really do not need much of it to get the desired sweetness in your cooking. This is a great pantry staple for me. I add it to brownies and it bakes nicely.

Rock-Hard and Completely Unusable!
I was really disappointed with this Organic Date Sugar. When it arrived, it was hard as a rock and completely unusable. I expected a soft, granulated texture, but instead, it came in one solid clump that couldn’t be scooped or measured. I tried breaking it apart, but it was so solid that even a spoon wouldn’t budge it. For an organic product, I expected much better quality and packaging to prevent this from happening. Overall, this was a waste of money—definitely not what I was hoping for. I won’t be buying this brand again unless they improve the freshness and consistency of their product.

Not powdery consistency
Arrived in large solid chunks instead of a powder consistency as advertised in the product images. This might be because of unnecessary large moisture content. Taste is fine.
