To start off, I work out 4 days a week and I do martial arts 3 days a week. I stack multivitamins for men, DHEA, and L-Theanine with Insotil (I take 5HTP for my insomnia @ night). Since I've been taking Tongkat Ali, I've been feeling more energetic and I have more stamina. I can sense and feel a surge of masculinity via testosterone brewing inside of me. Normally, I order all the ingredients individually, which can be costly and has a ton of pills to swallow and powders to mix. This bottle contains all the necessary ingredients in concentrate form in one pill, which makes my life a lot easier. I just started taking it, so I cannot verify if it had the same effect as taking them individually, but the convenience is definitely a plus and it contains all the necessary ingredients in 1 pill.

I have recently begun taking this synergistic blend with Tongkat Ali in it.Having inherented Type II diabetes I found that it quietly damaged by male vitality but not the drive or production.That said, no change at the moment excepting these supplements do appear to give me more energy in general especially in the afternoon a “lull time” for me in general. If that is the by product of taking this and another herbal blend (whose purpose is of similar intent) then I will continue for that reason alone.

I have been taking recommended serving for a week. I dont feel any noticeable changes in physical or mental state. I've been taking this for a couple months now and I've felt a renewed feeling within since then. My strength has increased by a significant amount (bench is now 250), stamina is more prolonged (new PR for a 10 mile race) and the drive is there. For a guy that just turned 40, I feel like I'm back in my 20's in regards to my physical athleticism. Will be a requirement for my supplementation.

I've tried some other Tongkat products and this one really feels like it does something. I've noticed more energy yet not a hyper feeling and it works well with some other supplements I'm using. So far, no side effects that some other have caused. I'll get this product again.

I've explored items like this for several years, and this is a good product that appears to be made of quality ingredients. But the recommended dose of one capsule was not enough for me to feel any effect. This product didn't work for me until I took 4x or even 5x the recommended dose, so I'll need to factor that into my next purchase.

At one point I was taking 2 pills per day with another brand and the bottle went quickly. The price was insane and I found myself paying more per pill. Until I tried Mecisco, I was out of pocket and convenience. It tastes better and a better value for your money.
