Cessna USB Style Throttle Flaps and Trim Controller (TPM) For Flight Simulators PC/Mac

Wanted one for a long time and this one works great and is well made.Update: For the price it is very good, however there are some problems. The material used to 3D print the item is great for prototyping, but not great for any part that is put under any strain. The first thing to break was the screw mount to fix the controls in place on the desk. Not really break, just slowly start to crack and separate. I tried different glues to repair but no luck. The fix for this was to velcro it down, which works. The second thing to break was the flap switch. After taking it apart I found that the flap switch is actually a 3D printed square rod attached to two bearings, which is then attached to a toggle switch - very well engineered, however the 3D printed rod separated from the white flap switch. The fix I came up with was to remove the flap switch assembly and simply place the actual toggle switch where the white flap switch had been. Not very elegant but it works.Update #2: After writing the above, the owner reached out to me. After an exchange of emails where I explained what had happened, he was honest and upfront with me as I was with him. REFRESHING!! The problems I had experienced were already fixed, and he told me of his 1 year warranty (which I wasn't even aware of). Given this and the amazing customer service offered, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Cessna Style Throttle!

Works perfectly well right off the box. Very easy install and even easier instruction. Superb customer service. Looks and works just like the real deal on a Cessna. I'm using it as part of my home MS Flight Simulator. Very well built. Worth every penny. Thanks for a great product made in the USA.

I rarely leave Amazon reviews, but this product was awesome. Works as advertised, is very useful to get a feel for the real fuel mixture, throttle controls and trim on a Cessna (in the flight sim) and the build quality is great as well. Follow the instructions and you're all set! Highly recommend.

This combo is the best addon I've used with MSFS. Not only does it include throttle, flaps, and trim but the quality of the sliders is excellent. Smooth, solid and accurate for each control in the game. Having them all in a compact box that can be clamped down really makes this useable and convenient within the game, even if wearing a VR headset.

Wonderful to have a realistic feeling throttle and trim wheel.The throttle is nice for muscle memory, and works perfectly. Having a moderately sized trim wheel especially changes how you flight sim, as it's one of the most used controls and there's no substitute for the feel.Downsides:. Feels like it's 3D printed in someone's garage (and if so, props to the creator!).. which doesn't lead to any problems, just feels "cheap." The flaps lever is also very finicky for me and I've learned to not rely on it.

I purchased the unit in anticipation of having realistic throttle controls for my Cessna 172 Skyhawk sim. For whatever reason, the throttle pulled out of the unit and rendered the unit unusable. I emailed Shawn (at Flight Sim Stuff) via Amazon and he replied within 48 hours. His email was apologetic along with concise instructions that I should follow to remedy the problem. I followed his instructions but unfortunately, they didn't fix the unit. I emailed again and Shawn again, apologized and said that he would send me a new unit immediately ... no charge for the unit or the shipping! I must say I was surprised and very grateful. I received the unit via priority USPS within a couple days as promised. WOW! A business that sells great products and stands by them! Kudos and THANKS to Shawn at FLIGHT SIM STUFF. I won't hesitate in recommending you and FLIGHT SIM STUFF to all of my sim friends and community. Thank you Shawn!

None of the controls turn for adjustment as in the plane.As I review the ad now, it does not say they do but given what is said, I reasonably assumed they did. The ad does not disclose to you that they do not. Glaring omission given what is said.Construction is as described by others: "plasticky." All that said, probably exactly what you pay for given the price. Which also explains why the controls don't twist to control: another complication. There is nice mechanical friction - we shall see how long that lasts. Trim wheel is nice. No markings on flap control (albeit that is apparent on the picture)You can find much better that are metal, have twist adjustment, etc., but are many times more expensive.Nothing wrong with this for the price. Just be reasonable in your expectation and realize the limitations.
