Product is good but customer service is great!
The design on the mousepads was great. More importantly, when I had an issue with the item, customer service was very responsive and resolved the issue quickly. I would purchase from them again!

Excellent customer service
I ordered this mouse pad, and although Amazon said it was delivered, I never received it. I reached out to their customer service through the Amazon app and they had a new one shipped within 24 hours and delivered within 48 hours.Product is great quality!! Love it.

The writing isn't white.
The writing is a weird gold color not white. It wouldn't bother me so much if it matched the gold color in the flowers but it doesn't. Wish it was white.

Nice Mouse Pad
It's a nice mouse pad from my alma mater. If was a bit thicker, I would rate it a 5. Shipping was prompt.

Slightly cheap feeling
While the logo was even and looked clean, the top is a firm, slick, plastic material which I didn't expect. It was also slightly smaller than I expected, but that could have been an oversight by me. If you like a firmer, slicker topped mouse pad then it looked good. Also fyi, too small for gaming.
