Wow BSN always gets it right 👍
Have been using another pre-workout for the past two months. Came back to BSN and wow what a difference, such a good buzz for the gym. Sour cherry "red rush" isn't too bad to be honest, it's not overly sweet, miss fruit punch, but would like to try another flavour next time.

Good for Starters
I have used may pre-workouts, and this was great when I started. Thought I would try out the newer formula for something less-strong but it had no effect on me.Good starter pre-workout but if you've taken them for a while then this won't be effective. Bit of a caffeine buzz but zero pump or beta-tingle.

Buy it
Product: no xplode⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)Let me start by saying this: if you're looking for a subtle energy boost, this ain't it. This powder will make you feel like you've been struck by lightning, chased by a pack of wolves, and injected with pure adrenaline—all at once.I took one scoop, just one, and within 15 minutes I was ready to fight a bear. Not a regular bear, but one that had been to CrossFit for a few years and could deadlift a car. My arms started tingling like a thousand tiny ants were doing jazzercise under my skin. My ears were ringing, probably from the sheer intensity of my body's refusal to sit still.By the time I got to the gym, I had already sweat through my shirt from walking to the car. I did bicep curls so fast, people thought I was attempting flight. I tried squats but ended up jumping into orbit. At one point, I considered running home because a treadmill just wasn't fast enough. The flavor? Who knows. I don't remember. I think it was "Electric Fruit Punch," but honestly, it could’ve been battery acid and I wouldn't have noticed. My taste buds were too busy trying to survive the nuclear reactor I'd ingested.Long story short: if you want to feel like a superhero who accidentally got hit with gamma rays and a shot of espresso, buy this. But buckle up, because there's no turning back.
