FabrianoToned Paper Pad, 85 lb./120 gsm, 50 Sheets, 8.25" x 11.75", Sand

It’s nice paper, a bit thinner than I expected, but has a quality feel to it.It will take on sweat and oil marks from your hand resting on it easily — as a lot of toned papers seem to — but this stuff is very prone to it. Wash your hands and use a drawing glove.It curls or bumps with any moisture, even ink from a platinum carbon desk pen, if you hatch closely on it.It’s very nice for graphite and dry brush though.It’s a warmer grey than I was hoping for, but that’s not the paper’s fault.I’d like to try their ‘sea’ toned paper from this range, but I do wish it was a touch heavier/thicker.

This is fantastic paper. Many toned tan / sand papers look like a paper bag. Not this paper. It's color is a golden sand color, that will work well for all dry media & fountain pen inks. It ghosts with alcohol based markers, some worse than others but I didn't have any bleed through to the next page. (It might with heavy layering, though.)
