Mosby's Guide to Nursing Diagnosis, 5e 5th Edition

This book is a must for nursing school and care plans! Very easy to use and easy to understand

so far each page seems to be there, seemed brand new. the book is great so far. in week 5 of fundamentals and have used it a few time, nice small size. idk if I would carry it on clincals tho
