Great Addition to Camping Gear
Just got back from a long camping trip and this griddle is a perfect addition to our camping gear. I cooked full meals on it: fajitas...pancakes...sausage eggs. It fits on our coleman grill perfectly. I used Pam's cooking spray & had no problems with sticking. I put water in it after each use...boiled/steam cleaned... cleaned easily. I'm pleased with the quality.

Very Good
I used to own a griddle that took up too much space on my counter. I bought this and use it on my stove. The food cooks good & it's easy to clean. I leave it on my stove and it comes in handy. Highly recommend.

much lighter then I was expecting
I haven’t used the item yet, I just wanted to mention that it is much lighter than I was expecting. I don’t know how much direct heat this will be able to handle. I bought it because the size fits my smoker but I’ll probably only be using it for a warming rack or indirect cooking surface.
