Who would have thought you could have gluten free doughnuts! They are soooooo good! I bought silicone doughnut moulds to put them in which makes them bigger and more like normal doughnut size. They take longer to cook then. I then roll them on caster sugar and the struggle not to eat them all at once begins! They are best eaten on the day they are made but will last for two days in a Tupperware. The texture is the cakes style of doughnut not the bread type but that is OK just to get doughnuts which are gluten free. I thoroughly recommend these.

I love this mix. My wee nephew is gluten n dairy free so I buy this for him. We use soya milk, or sometimes the wee carton of soya chocolate milk. I have both an electric cake pop maker and small doughnut ring/waffle pan machine and the mix works well in them. The pictures above are from the cake pop maker. I used two packets of mix together, I roll half of the finished doughnut holes in sugar and the other half I dipped in melted freefrom chocolate and left to cool.
