I purchased this pillow in Jan 2024 and it's May 2025. I wanted to wait to write a review to be sure that this pillow would keep its shape since it is one of the more expensive pillows compared to others on Amazon. First, the pillow is soft but firm. I took it out of it's vacuum packed bag and placed it in the dryer for 10 minutes to fluff it up,, then I set it out on the bed and it continued to fluff up, it was nice and fluffy after about 30 minutes. The pillow itself is covered in a cotton fabric, sewn together nicely and it's very sturdy. Secondly, This pillow is large. I have a king split bed and it fits perfectly on my side which is equivalent to a twin XL size mattress. Thirdly, the shape is exactly as described, it fits under my back and around my head and neck to support my entire body and it does not flatten at all. I use the smaller side of the pillow to support my hips while sleeping on my side. I am not pregnant but I have arthritis in my back and hips, so support in these areas are crucial for me to get a good night sleep. This pillow checks all the boxes and it has held up to nightly use. Lastly, The pillow case cover that comes with the pillow is very soft, it reminds me of a microfiber suede type material. I like the cover, it's design and durability, the zipper is quality and it's easy to zip up, plenty of room to nip and tuck the pillow into it. I will say due to the size of the pillow it is very cumbersome to get the pillow tucked into the longest side of the pillow cover. It took me a few tries but I found that if I roll down the longest side first, (like putting on a compression sock) and tucking that side in first works well and it allows me to easily put the shorter side in next. I live in Texas where it gets very hot in the summer so I purchased a cool cover to put on the pillow as well but I like the cover that came with the pillow better. The cool case I purchased is cooler but I slip off it in the middle of the night so I prefer the original case. This pillow can not be washed in a standard size washing machine, it is to big but I do occasionally put it in the dryer with a fabric softener sheet to freshen it up. I wash the cover weekly and it has not shrunk, lost its color, its original feel or got any "material balls" from being washed weekly. Overall I'm very happy with the quality, durability and comfort of this pillow. I would definitely purchase this pillow again and I highly recommend it.

Not pregnant - but did just have a major back surgery ten days ago and sleeping on my back after the first seven days was not an option anymore. My husband ordered me this pillow to put a slight tilt in my sleep. Not quite on my back. But not quite on my side. For the first time in a week I could sleep relatively pain free. Ironically, my husband ”tried out” the first pillow we ordered and also had the best night’s sleep he has had in years. He has neck pain so sleep is hard to come by for him. So he kept it and we ordered me the one with the cooling fabric. Our bed looks a bit odd with dueling maternity pillows but we are both comfortable and waking up refreshed! Very comfortable, just the right fluff/thickness and the shape with the portion between the knees to keep the hips level is amazingly comfortable.If you have back issues give this a try. I wish I had for all these years.

On first glance this is a great pillow. I love the shape and how fluffy it is, with the ability to de-fluff it if needed. I am about 5 months pregnant and needed a new pillow that was more encompassing without being overly firm like my other one. Being comfortable has been my biggest hurdle lately. The cotton fabric isn't as soft on the skin as I would hope, even after washing it is still kinda scratchy (especially on the face). I love that the C shape helps support the knees and conforms to the body. So far it is holding its shape well. I'm 5'6", so I wouldn't say I'm very tall, but I wish the overall length before the curve was another 4-6" and the straight side was at least 6" longer. My knees hang off the edge of the curve, and not in the way it should. It just feels like I'm being squished to get into the right position from neck to knee. Or I am not getting enough back support across my whole back as it ends short. I still think this is a great pillow, I hope with a little more time it becomes comfier.
