Hard to use and painful
They were hard to use on your hair. It felt like I was trying to pull my hair out.

You have to wear it for long time
You have to keep these on forca longctime otherwise your curls open, and don’t brush your curls after opening just entangle a little with your fingers. I wish they gave more then 1 stick so it was more efficient, but overall I loved how my heatless curls turned out, just the long time you have to keep them on
