Q: Will these sports shorts stay in place while running?

Yes, they stay in place very well! These are by far my favourite running shorts and are very comfortable!

Q: The guide says to buy true to size. I looked at the size chart and it says a size 12 is for 32” hips! Is the chart correct?

I bought the size correct for me and it fits perfectly. Depends on whether you go by the old sizes or the ‘new sizes’

Q: Will the pockets hold an iPhone 11 max?

I would say no. I have just tried my son’s iPhone 11 in the pocket of mine and it sticks out of the top. The weight of the phone would be uncomfortable in the pocket too. I certainly wouldn’t exercise with a phone that size in the pocket of these shorts. That said, I have two pairs and I wouldn’t buy any other type - they are brilliant.

Q: How long is the inside seam?

Not sure of the inch / cm measurements , but they come down to about an 2 inches above knee if that helps
