I had high hopes for this product and its natural ingredients not only as an appetite suppressant that would help me lose weight but also burn fat without any side effects. I cannot recommend this product or company at all. I used this product for two months and did not lose any weight. It did not work as an appetite suppressant either. My doctor suggested that I reduce my caloric intake to 1500 calories which I already had done without telling him when I began taking this product also without telling him. He also suggested I start exercising again. I don't know if any product will suppress your appetite on a 1500 calorie diet as I was always feeling hungry. I only started to lose weight when I stopped taking this supplement and started an exercise program as well as keeping to the 1500 calorie diet. I still feel hungry all the time. I called the company's 800 number and inquired about the no questions asked refund guarantee after a month taking the product. I was questioned as to whether I was taking the product as directed and dieting and exercising. I was told to keep taking the product for another month and I should see results. I did not see any results. When I called back to ask for my refund after the second month I was put on hold and then the phone would disconnected. This happened three times and I contacted Amazon who helped me even though I was outside their return window. I didn't receive a full refund as advertised by the company but I was satisfied with Amazon's help. I know there is no magic pill for weight loss but I was hoping for a little help. I didn't receive it with this product. I know everyone's body is different so if you try this product I wish you the success I did not experience.

Taken for 3 weeks. I lost 9 pounds. I have been taking per directions, and have not lost anything more, and actually gained back what I had lost. Unfortunately, I bought best price so have several bottles that I probably won't use. I gave it two bottles and now too late to return the remaining 4. :(

I bought the product to help with weight loss. My rate of loss had significantly increased since I started using the product. I take it twice a day together with organic apple cider vinegar. I have had no problems with. I still have quite a lot of weight to meet my doctor's target and I am just getting ready to order some more!
