This silly little face wrap was a lifesaver after my wisdom teeth were taken out. It was so nice to not have to hold ice packs onto my face. It fit well, was comfortable, and stayed secure. I fell asleep more than once with it on and had no issues. I very much appreciated that there were 4 ice packs because it made it very easy to swap out when I inevitably forgot to put the melted ones back in the freezer. I did notice that they were very very frozen when coming out of the freezer, so I waited about 10-15 minutes before putting it on my face because it was a little too cold for my face. That also helped them contour to my face nicely when I put it on. 10/10, you gotta get this for your dental surgery.

Each pack took about 2 hours to go from room temp to frozen in the freezer. After the first couple days, I switched to hot therapy, and its easy as popping them in the microwave for 2 minutes and they're good to go. Used this for the required/prescribed 72 hours of 30 minutes on/off ice protocol after a family member had their wisdom teeth removed. There are 4 gel packs, so we rotated them in pairs so that there was always an ice pack that had been in the freezer for an hour. The hook and loop closure allowed for a more customized fit and the fabric kept the skin comfortable. Amazing quality for the price and the gel packs are well constructed tear drop shapes so that they fit easily into the interior cheek pockets.The description says this can also be used for heat therapy, but we didn't use them for that. I can also see this being used for people with headaches/migraines to have a cold pack over their eyes.

ice packs dont really stay cold for super long but overall it works and it comes with 4 so you can interchange them. its easy to use and fits really well, but if you have a super big head it might not fit. the fabric is kind of cheap on the outside but the inside is a bit more softer. definitely helps with my wisdom teeth recovery!

I just had my wisdom teeth removed a few days ago, and thankfully, I ordered this the day before because it has been a complete lifesaver! My surgeon gave me an icepack to wear but it was nowhere near as comfortable to wear as this! Not only did it arrive the next day (the day of my surgery) but it is so comfortable and easy to wear. I love that it comes with four interchangeable gel ice packs because you only need two at a time, meaning that you can freeze the other two during wear and never be without a fresh set of ice packs! I actually fell asleep wearing this because it is so comfortable and comforting, I highly recommend it!

We got this to aid in recovery after jaw surgery, recommended by a friend. Worked far better than ace bandages and similar alternatives. The smaller gel cold packs also made it easy to use. It was a little tight, so be aware of that possibility. For us, it worked great. Quality is superb. Hopefully will never be needed again!

Helps TREMENDOUSLY when I'm in a flare! I have Trigeminal Neuralgia and this is a lifesaver! Also helped perfectly when I had my wisdom teeth and other oral surgery done! Having 4 ice packs is perfect! I always have them in the freezer for emergencies and love that I have 2 in the freezer if I need more once the first 2 melt down! Very comfortable as well!
