Overall, I liked using this product and I would recommend it to anyone. However, there are some reasons to why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.First, this isn't a fat burner! So don't expect this to make you shed pounds like a fat burner would. This is to help speed up your metabolism, that can result in you shedding off a few pounds. So don't expect to lose weight from using this without eating a healthy diet and working out. I've noticed that some people have said that they eat clean and work out a lot, and saw no results. That could just be them. I work out 6 days a week, for about 2-3 hours every day. I do sometimes cheat, and sometimes get in a little too many carbs; however, I did see improvements in my body. I noticed my tummy leaning up, and producing the abs that I have been working towards. I also have lost a couple of pounds, while retaining a lot of my muscle, and toning up.One problem with this product is that you pay nearly $20 for 60 tablets, when you can pay the same amount for the regular Muscle Pharm CLA, which is the exact same product that instead comes with 180 tablets. For FitMiss, you're pretty much paying for the black and pink look..I think this product works, and is worth trying. It's also probably better to buy this version first since you get less, and you can test to see if it works for you. If you like it, then I would recommend switching over to the Muscle Pharm version of it.

I love this product and I really feel like it was helping with my hunger and I was loosing some weight so I decided to order another one. Unfortunately my package got lost and while costumer service contacted me and ask me if I’d like a refund or a replacement which is the one I chose they sold out for how good the product is but I haven’t received a follow up email or anything from costumer service about when my product is gonna come so I contact them again asking about it and if it was gonna take longer I’d like my refund, it’s kinda sad because I was looking forward to use it again but now it gives me a sour taste to want to buy again.

I only took this for 3 days until I just felt too miserable to keep taking them. They work wonders though! I already drink a gallon of water a day. Workout 6 days of the week and eat pretty healthy already. Once I took them, so much of my bloat went away. If I keep taking them, I know I will get the results I want. However, for me I got bad side effects that make it not worth wanting to keep trying them. It's different for everyone and I highly recommend trying them! You will see a small difference in a very short amount of time but I'm sure an even bigger difference with longer use. This made me so cold when I took it. My hands and feet started feeling like they were going numb. It gave me bad headaches also and just felt so sluggish. I got so paranoid while using them because it just made my body feel so terrible that I thought something bad would happen. They made me so tired and light headed. I eat around 1700 to 2000 calories a day so it was not from not eating. These curb your hunger like crazy though so you need to remember to eat. I also got so hungry in the middle of the night every night I took them though. I would literally wake up so starving I needed to go eat something before I could go back to sleep again. For me though, it just wasn't worth feeling like this for the results. It's different for everyone and you might not get any negative side effects like me. I would still recommend it though.

My oldest daughter recommended this to me (we're both on a weight loss plan). I believe that the only effective method for losing weight is eating right and exercising. With that being said, I did hit a plateau and wondered if, at my age, I'd ever be able to break through to reach my goal weight. My daughter called, very enthusiastic, saying, "Mom, I've lost 8 lbs". For our family, with our low metabolisms, that's a huge deal (she's struggled with her weight since having her second child). I encouraged her to keep doing her best and eventually she'll see greater results, to which she sheepishly replied, "I had a little help". Uh oh, I thought, I do hope she hasn't gotten roped into a fad diet, which will garner results oftentimes, but only short term. I said, "Sweetie, you know the only way to lose weight . . ." "I know, Mom", she interrupted, "but this has gotten some really great reviews, so I decided to try it. It gives me energy without making me feel jittery. I know you said you'd stalled, so I thought I'd recommend it to you."We talked about it for a long time after that and I told her I'd give it a try (no one likes to stall on their weight loss). I've been using it a week now, and I have to admit that my skepticism has lessened considerably. She was right, I haven't had any negative side effects. I can feel a stint of long-term energy after taking it in the morning, but I don't crash from it. I take it again around lunch time and that carries me over through dinner (I only take it twice daily). It does warn not to take within four hours of bedtime, which I heed.It's supposed to also assist in balancing mood. I am a patient person and don't suffer from severe mood swings, so I can't attest to this particular effect, but I do know I feel more energized without feeling jittery. Any boost in metabolism assists in weight loss efforts, and since this one does that without negative side effects, I'll keep using it to see if I make any serious headway. Right now, I'm down three pounds. Nice to see the scale moving again.
