I'm sure I'll be back to update my review.I just wanted to point out that this is one of the most elegant book designs I've seen; beauty on the outside, AND within!Anyone who buys the hardcover version may want to consider a paperback version as well. My copy will be well looked after!

Very interesting to read and try to understand the mind set in medical Japan. Any student of eastern culture martial arts should read this.

Bought to learn more about Japanese culture.A lot of information in the book.Lovely feel when handling.Full of really nice pictures.

I stumbled onto this reading a review of something entirely different.Decided to look into it.Found a great philosophical read and like the writing style.If you're not into things Japanese, keep on trucking but if the Bushido warrior concept is of interest, this is a gem.
